SEA SOAK ROUTINE
We recommend using this 2-3 times a week in your bath and allow yourself time to soak up this magnesium goodness and you support your overall health.
Simply add a decent handful, about ½ to ¾ of a cup of sea soak to your bath. Allow yourself 10-20mins in your bath to allow the magnesium goodness soak in.
Soak your tightness and tensions away as your magnesium infused bath soaks into your body.
From sore legs to restless in bed at night, you may find this avoids unwanted tensions. Pop a good handful in their bath and allow them to soak in an enriched magnesium bath.
