Incorrect or Faulty Product

If you have received incorrect, damaged or faulty items, please provide details (including photos) within 7 days of purchase. We will be able to then verify whether you are entitled to a replacement with new products and provide instructions accordingly.

Items must be returned in their original condition; no refund can be made for products that have been used. Salt + Earth does not take responsibility for the costs of returning the products.
